“Mindful” has become a very misunderstood word in this day and age.
People often use the word to describe a toddler who is kind or someone who offers good advice or to describe a person who is just generally nice to be around.
But to be “mindful” means so much more…
Mindful people have undone their programming, built self-love, addressed their negativity biases, embraced their shadow sides, aligned their chakras, healed their traumas,
but, to put it simply, the root definition of being mindful all comes back to the fact that mindful people are aware of and choose what f*cks they give.
