What Is The North Node In Astrology?

The north node in your birth chart represents your highest growth. It is hardest for you to embrace and it is what you must grow into to counterbalance the south node traits.

When you tap into your north node, you manifest more easily and embrace your soul’s purpose.

It is also said to be the energy you are here to master in this incarnation.

What Is The South Node In Astrology?

The south node is your overused gifts and talents. Whatever sign your south node is in indicates what you’ve already mastered but now limits you in this lifetime. Your south node can help you on your journey when used in moderation.

The south node is also said to be what we mastered in our past life.

The North & South Node In Astrology

The north and south nodes together, create this axis of stress and growth, comfort zone and expansion that indicate our past-life karma and highest path to growth in this lifetime.

By understanding the sign your north and south nodes are in, you can move towards your growth and become aware of your greatest limitations.

What Is a Virgo?

Virgo is the Perfectionist. It is the Virgin. It is set in its ways and will not be splotched or stained dirty, the Virgo will remain clean and true, and noble above all else.

The Virgo is the sign in the zodiac that represents practicality, efficiency, and attention to detail, it’s the energies of perfectionism, it’s what compels you to speak up when you know something is wrong and when something is inconsistent.

A Virgo’s downfall, but also their purpose in this realm, is to find the flaws in the system, but more importantly, to fix the flaws in the system, cause a Virgo can truly find the most optimized way to make a run-down ship tidy.

As the sixth sign of the zodiac, Virgo represents what happens after we get the spotlight. Leo, as the Lion, is where we call for attention, and live our most rambunctious dreams in life. But after Leo is Virgo, and it is there we learn to take responsibility for our actions and try to better the world, so in this way is The Leo and The Virgo so different, one wanting to cause the mess and the other destined to clean it up.

What Is Pisces?

Pisces is the archetype of individuality, emotions, and empathy. These are the people in the modern world deemed “snowflakes”…but that isn’t a bad thing.

Or at least it shouldn’t be. See Pisces is just where we learn to embrace the powers of emotional empathy. As Pisces is the sign of emotions, these people are victims of emotions to a fault, and feeling them is their most powerful strength and most penultimate trait.

And it’s not just their emotions they feel almost hyper-sensitively, it’s others too. They love to feel others’ pain as their own, and it is not unfair to say that they could feel emotions of grief for a person worse than that person feels themselves.

Uniqueness, as that is Pisce’s greatest goal in life, to seem apart from others. But it’s not out of ego or a sense of being seen a certain way, it’s that The Pisces can not feel totally free unless they are acting with the pendulum swing of their emotions.

These are the people to be described as eccentric, almost witchy, and strange. But its nothing to hurt anyone, actually the Pisces would never hurt anyone, it’s just that when they feel something, they embrace it fully.

The North Node In Virgo

The North Node Virgo means that you overuse your Pisces South Node, and more importantly it means you have to step away from feelings of uniqueness, of wanting attention, of hyper-emotions, and focus intently on getting out of the so-called ‘Unicorns’ a thing Pisces can get stuck in, the magic things they see floating around them all the time.

What you need to step into to embrace the North Node Virgo fully, is things like judgment, not seeing everything as perfect, and actually trying to solve issues and deal with them instead of sweeping them under the rug.

Things like Consistency are things The Pisces must embrace instead of the bipolar swing they go through, being happy happy happy, to sad sad sad. they must learn to become neutral, to put themselves in less of a chaotic lifestyle to embrace routines and levelheadedness.

To not let emotions rule is the key, to make systems and be practical is utmost, and above all else, to not let the first thing you feel become you, to not jump without looking, to weigh out the options, think through it and than act.

South Node In Pisces?

Your South Node is what you must step away from. But the best way to explain would be to give you a situation.

The Pisces wakes up, they see all the things they have complied, things that set them apart, knick-nacks and trinkets that are all unique. Then they move through their day, doing the things they do. A job that is different from most’s, or so they think, identifying with the thing they do, with everything they do.

So after they have worked, talking to all the people they know, the little group they have created and successfully infiltrated, chameleonizing to what those people do and now identifying with it. They go to do their hobbies, except they don’t know what to do, so they do something new, something they haven’t done, and therefore never gettng anywhere in the things they think they identify with.

It’s a constant struggle for the Pisces, and all it takes is taking a second to breathe.

I am not saying they must forget about their emotions, they must let them be, remember the South Node is just the thing we have to STEP AWAY FROM, not completely GO AWAY FROM. The Pisces must still have their identity, but they must set levelheadedness, they must have routines, and they must not let their emotions control them every moment of every day.
