2. Best Book On Mindfulness For Teens: Happier – Tal Ben-Shahar
This is the best book my mom used for my homeschool curriculum! What’s amazing about this book is that it teaches you the basic concept of mindfulness and the secret to finding true happiness by finding balance in “What brings me joy today?” and “What will bring me joy in the future?” This book teaches you how to evaluate your day to see how you can find true happiness.

This mindful book is great for teens 16 and up! (Note that it has a lot of swearing, hence the title.) This is one of the best self-help and mindful books for teens to read!
