What Are The Chakras?

In yoga philosophy, we have 7 “pools” of energy in our body, running along the length of our spine from our tailbone to the crown of our head. Each of the 7 chakra points controls different aspects of our lives as well as the physical body surrounding the energy point.⁣

For example, our Root Chakra is our 1st chakra. It sits at our tailbone and controls our legs. But it also controls our sense of safety, groundedness, and immune system!

If one of these chakras is blocked, our energy doesn’t flow and can cause us serious problems.

What Are The Chakras?
There are 7 main chakras that run along the spine…

Which Chakra Do I Need Music For?

I say “in balance” because any of the chakras can be overactive or underactive. Overactive means that this chakra point has too much energy and is overused. Underactive means that we aren’t using this chakra point enough.

If you have an overactive chakra, don’t listen to music recommendations for that chakra, look at the music recommendations for the next chakra.

If you have an underactive chakra, listen to music for that chakra.

Can Music Heal The Chakras?

And on a scientific level, yes! We can absolutely heal our chakras with vibration. The chakras are energy hubs that are each vibrating at their own frequencies.

The lower the chakra, the lower the vibration. For instance, the note for the root chakra is G and its solfeggio frequency is 396 HZ.

But I am a music enthusiast, to say the least. And I believe that every form of music can heal us or have positive effects on our minds.

In this blog, I’m sharing the best modern music to listen to and what solfeggio frequencies can heal your chakras. Without further ado here are chakra music and HZ frequencies!
